I used A50 but fingerprints is very poor working. While charging phone very high hitting and hang

please remove your screen protector and then try fingerprint work better
and for charging use Samsung charger and check that charger will not any cut or damage

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For heating issue follow the given link- http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1119803

For hanging issue:

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

For fingerprint issue:
1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.
