Last year, I purchased a Samsung smartphone for security reasons. And I really appreciate to his security system and clean ui experience. But almost 1 year 2 later I started to face issue in my smartphone and now, I'm facing a big problem. Charging issue. Samsung executive saying you must change adapter and cable and they also said my cause third party application of slow charging but I'm using Samsung's original charger and MI's original adapter but still my problem isn't resolved. And last night I did factory reset. So I think there no third party app.

Hard reset is something else but it is a bit similar to Factory Reset.

There can be many possible reason for charging issue like:
- Adapter might be damaged
- Cable might be damaged
Try using another cable which supports your samsung device
- charging port might be damaged
- higher screen on time can also be the reason of battery drainage

Thank for your valuable reply, but let me tell you. I'm 2 original adapter it's working well with another phones. cable is also working well. And my screen on time is less than 30 sec. And phone brightness is also 0 lv.

Then in that case i suggest you to get your charging port and charging board checked.
