I need your help my Samsung Galaxy A50 finger print is not working

Ever since I have updated my software my finger print is no longer working

Hi Cmk1 

Please try the following resets on your device: 

1. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

2. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Try removing your fingerprints and reset them back up. Please click on the 3 dots to accept solution

I mean when I updated my software I removed my finger print but now when I try to put it back its refusing
