But when i purchase this device, then Android 10 in Stock in box. So 2 Major update are available as samsung update policy, now run Android 11 then why will not get the next update?

A50 was launched with Android 9. The date of manufacturing of your particular unit was after A50 got Android 10. That's why you got Android 10 out of the box.

Yes, you had to research before purchase, Even with a simple google search, it will show you the specifications and OS versions it comes with

Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G comes with Andriod 11 pre-installed and same written in the box, when you buy A52s in early 2024 then A52s comes with Andriod 13 pre-installed and same will be written in the box.

A mobile manufacturer always provide latest software support during manufacturing . A/q Company policy, software upgrade counted when company first launches its device in the market in any part of the world.

If you don't know these basic concepts, then it is your fault
