Clear App Cache and Data

Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage > Clear Cache (If the issue persists, also tap Clear Data).

Or Check Your SMS Center Number

Open the Messages app > Tap the three dots (menu) > Settings > More settings > Text messages > Message Center Number.

Compare the number with your carrier's correct SMSC number (contact your network provider if unsure).

Or Switch to Another Messaging App like Google Messaging App

Click on the 3 dots on top , enter go to your messaging app settings you will the option written SMSC and check the number if it is correct
