Hello samsung family, it's nice owning a Samsung when it works. I have wasted the last three weeks trying to figure out the 2 problems above.

System ui crash after reboot error message
This happened even after running a factory reset, I don't have any special apps on my phone.

Vodata App This is a completely different story all together, the app is a default app on the phone and cannot be removed, now for some reason its linked to some ABSA account which I can't delete or reset.

Please help Galaxy is failing me

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

System issues like this can be frustrating, especially when you need reliable access to important services. For critical tasks like checking your SRD Status Check App, try using a trusted secondary device while troubleshooting.

For the Vodata/ABSA link, contact your bank directly - sometimes financial apps require special permissions to reset. A Samsung service center might be your best bet for the UI crashes.
