This is because Call Recording is region specific and it wasn't available in Iraq.

Now changing region, thats a complicated process and it can leave your handset bricked (Dead). There are links available to do so, but think again if that's worth it.

It happened to me also after a52s 5g updated its software automatically from android 11 to android 12

 Due to the mobile upgrade to andriod 12 which does not include call recording  as well changed the power to black color instead of red color, the samsung new up coming updates should resolve that issue, unless you want to downgrade to android 11 by using Odin program.

It seems you update mobile software to andriod 12 which doesn't have call recording option although it does exists in the previous version andriod 11, beside you shall notice the wakeup touch is affected too became so heavy instead of  light touch even after activating touch sensitivity
