This is because Call Recording is region specific and it wasn't available in Iraq.

Now changing region, thats a complicated process and it can leave your handset bricked (Dead). There are links available to do so, but think again if that's worth it.

Have you bought the device from another country? Some countries don't support call recording.

Well i bought it from iraq so IDK if its support or not ..but i dont think thay will ban somthing like that in here

If it is still on android 11 where it does support call recording what ever region you are in

Your region may be different, In India it is available in A52s

I don't know exactly but changing region is very much difficult in Samsung devices and it will change everything including settings, currency,.. according to the changing region & it may possible that many countries locked apps willn't work then & you can only change the region once a year only.
