I can't open my camera

What happens when try to open it? Do you get a pop-up message?

Try going to settings>apps>camera and then click on 1. Force stop and 2. Clear cache. If the issue still persists then
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
