Go to your phone settings > Apps > Camera then clear cache & data Then restart your phone or get new updates from Galaxy Store, or even test it in Safe Mode

Try resetting your settings not data reset
Or Boot into Safe Mode
Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
Restart in Safe Mode:
Tap and hold the Power Off option until the "Safe Mode" prompt appears.
Select Safe Mode and wait for the device to restart.
Confirm Safe Mode Once the phone restarts, you'll see "Safe Mode" displayed at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Exit Safe Mode
Restart the Device:
Simply restart your phone normally (press and hold the Power button and select Restart).The phone will boot back into standard mode.
Or Boot into Safe Mode
