go to settings >advance features >motion and gesture >enable palm swipe to capture

try palm swipe to capture

other option is press and hold together power +volume down

Press the power and volume down button together and you will get a screenshot. Also palm swipe is not available in your phone. M21 to A21s is basically a downgrade.
