How to Turn this OFF forever?

As you can see this SIM menu it gets popped up always and make the screen ON after I put the phone.

Just See it has been turned on for more than 2hrs.

Sometime it turns ON for 5/6 hours while sleeping.

I have already turned ON the Sim toolkit by calling 746 but it again and again pops back.

Please help me to close this forever.

How about turning Off notifications from Apps in the Settings?
Or clearing data of Sim toolkit?

I tried clearing data of sim toolkit just now hope this works

Go to message settings then to more settings then pusg messages turn off and broadcast channels turn off 😀

Debloat Sim toolkit app using ADB. This is one of the first apps I debloat after a factory reset or buying a new device.
