There is no such feature in samsung devices..only schedule auto restart option is available(device care>click 3 dots)

That's plain daft!  Hey Samsung - if you're reading this -
you should make it possible to schedule auto power OFF,
not just auto restart
(as on my previous lower grade Alcatel U5 phone +Alcatel U4 +prob lots other phones).

There is no such feature in any mobile in the world, you can only reschedule for restart, You can follow these steps to get that-
1- Open Settings
2- Ooen General Management
3- Click on reset
4- Click on if it is off
now you can schedule for restart set date and time,you can take help from screenshot I have given you here.
