I just recently bought my galaxy a06 and I noticed after I updated to the last version that these horizontal lines appeared all across the screen. They're faint pixilated lines that look like a grid and it runs through the whole screen. I need help w this does anyone know what I can do?
P.S: there aren't any service centres nearby and I don't think the problem is in the hardware (as in its physically damaged) because I didn't drop the phone nor did anything of that sort happen.

Hello dear brother, if the issue occurs after the update, visit the nearest Samsung maintenance branch to have the phone inspected and the issue fixed. Samsung will reportedly fix the phone for free if the line appears on the phone screen.

Depending on the type of issue if it occurs after the update you can reset the factory and disband. But I'm not sure. If it's really a screen problem, check with a repair technician.

To help us address the issue with the lines on your screen, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software-related issues. Please try restarting your device and check if the lines are still present.

Check for Software Updates: It’s always a good idea to make sure your device is running the latest software. You can do this by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

Safe Mode: To check if third-party apps might be causing the issue, we suggest booting your device into Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and see if the lines persist.

If the issue persists, we recommend visiting the nearest Service Center for further assistance. You can find the closest location via this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/.
