Galaxy ADear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern regarding secure folder forget pin:- If you enter the wrong PIN or pattern on the Secure Folder login screen, a "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Pattern" menu will appear at the bottom.
The device will ask if you forgot your PIN or pattern, depending on your lock type. You can then reset your PIN or pattern through this menu. This requires you to be signed in to your Samsung account.
The "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Pattern" menu only appears if the "Reset with Samsung account" option (default: Off) was enabled when you created the Secure Folder. If this option was turned off, the menu won't appear. In this case you can uninstall and install the secure folder and in this process your data will be lost.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
