Guy's i just want to know i have Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 phone and after recently july update the performance of my phone is down so i want to know which step is best to do

1.Hard Reset or

2.Flash Firmware in service center.

install smart switch
do backup the device
do hard rest.

if its wont work, boot via ssd card and reset
