Galaxy a54 might be the hottest thing in the world after SUN. Brought it few months ago, but heats like a 10 years old phone even on a daily basis tasks and battery... nothing to say 
   Every possible thing has done

It heats up at home also I don't need sunlight, even though I don't do it.

Just update latest software and apps. Turn on background limit apps in device care . If problem solved then under my reply click 3 dot and mark as solved.🙏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we want to inform you that the usage of the battery is different for every application, some apps consume more battery depending on the screen time, network fluctuation, refresh rate, etc. Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue by using the given links.

2. Galaxy device heating issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-device-heats-up-during-use/

3. Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

4. You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
