Hanging and auto touch and auto app open

Every two days once hanging and auto touch happening worst experience I never scene before this...please help me to resolve this problem....

Its touch/screen issue bro..please go to service centre if u have warranty n replace it..

I replace new a15 once within 4 days still same issue with 2nd new phone...it is hardware or software issue ....samsung service centre did even diagnosis it it they only reset phone with thr software copy...very poor service
