Hanging and auto touch and auto app open

Every two days once hanging and auto touch happening worst experience I never scene before this...please help me to resolve this problem....

Please try to it's. Also complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Thanks.

All data back up is big process...please give any other way

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also turn off power saving mode if it's turn on, remove unused apps also put unused apps deep sleep or sleep mode, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, flight mode on n off one time than try to it's again, if not resolves than last option factory data reset with backup through smart switch. Back up your data to any external device via Smart switch app.....then make a hard reset or approach a Service centre to change the software... then you can restore your exact data to your phone,, there is one thing the whole restore process will take time but you will get restore all the data even your wallpaper
