This icon indicates your Sim - 1 or 2.
After One UI 6.1 The Old Sim icons have disappeared and now we have to choose from these ( Image Attached ).

And This is Showing beacuse you have Two Simcards into your device.

No Need to Worry.

The Sim 1 And Sim 2 Icons Has Disabled By Samsung.
You Will Have Choose A New Icon And You Will Have To Remember.To Set New Icon Follow This Steps:-
Go to settings -> Sim manager -> change Sim icon
Choose The Desired Icon->Click on Ok.
