Gyroscope Sensor not working

Android version 10

After i factory reset my phone gyroscope not working. I can't play games like PUBG with gyroscope. (Sensor box for Android) app show me "your device hardware does not support gyroscope." 

How can i solve this problem?

go to settings > Basic & then scroll down to Gyroscope you can keep it always on or scope on whatever you prefer.

In my samsung tab A 10.1 2019 ,the gyroscope sensors are not working ,also my device have gyro sensors but not working 😕.
and I am also not able.e to open the kernel version to enable the gyroscope
