Gyroscope Sensor not working

After i factory reset my phone gyroscope not working. I can't play games like PUBG with gyroscope. (Sensor box for Android) app show me "your device hardware does not support gyroscope." 

How can i solve this problem?

Even me i tab a 10.1 wifi only and when I check for gyroscope it says that the sensor it not there in your device and I am not able to open the kernel version to enable the gyroscope
