Green line issue in my samsung galaxy A73

Greenline appeard on my A73 after update

If they told to replace display, didn't you tell them that this defect is not caused by any physical damage and is caused by Software Update?

We said that after update this issue happened. They are simply telling that warranty is over so you have to pay for that... they won't take any responsibility against this issue...

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

I have called the customer care they told to replce the display by paying the amount they dont have any policy of free of cost service after warranty period
