Galaxy AThey informed me that this issue was caused by a faulty update from Samsung, but despite this, they refuse to replace the display for free. To make matters worse, I’ve tweeted multiple times and sent emails to customer care, but they aren’t replying or offering any help.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see a major company not stand behind their product when it’s clearly a software issue on their end. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? What steps did you take? I’m considering my options moving forward, as this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Samsung.

Galaxy AI puted complaint to consumer forum then they ask me for bill. When I mailed my bill to him the told me same like before that sir it's chargeable.
My experience with samsung is very worst. In future specially I and my family will not buy any product from Samsung.

Galaxy AI am experiencing a green line on the display of my Samsung A73 5G. The phone has no physical damage, and the service center confirmed the same but refused a free screen replacement, stating the device is out of warranty.
Customer service has given the same response. I believe this issue is due to a recent software update, and samsung should provide a free screen replacement, as Samsung is offering this for similar issues on S series models, but not for the A73 5G which is very unfair.
