Gps problem

I am facing GPS problem on my galaxy A21s, i am unable to navigate while navigating blue arrow dint showing and always it shows gps signal lost and even speedometer is not working.

Try Google chrome and open incognito tab and search Google map and then app will ask leave incognito mode ? Choose stay option.

And you can also connect with customer support.

And 1 more last question blue arrow working in walk mode but i didn't work in bike/drive mode is it a phone's problem or it is app problem?

In walking mode working so why not working on bike?
I think network problem and low accuracy problem.
