Google play system update problem

I have a problem with my phone i don't know my Google play system update stuck at 1 July 2025 and I don't know why it's happening with my phone in the time of android 15 update and now same thing happened with android 16 when I installed it in my phone if anyone know how to solve this thing can you tell me

This issue is due to Samsung's policy and consultations with Google. The blocked updates will be resumed soon at the appropriate time for each device.
