Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.

How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

It's sad to see that not even experienced members can suggest a good solution. I too own a Galaxy A15 4g and faced the same problem as you. The solution is that you have to disable double tap to wake and double tap to turn off screen. These settings will be found in motions and gestures of the advanced features in settings. I have also turned off fingerprint always on and accidental touch protection is also off. My phone has been going well for 3 months with these changes
