Getting screen lines in all A35 5g mobiles while open with drive zoom in/out

ISSUE:- when I was reading pdf and while switching apps I getting lines on the screen as shown in below attached file nd video for urgent reference. 

I was purchased a mobile in amazon on 23 March 2024 after receiving my mobile I seen an issue as i mention above that when I was open pdf I was getting lines on the screen 
Then I contacted amazon they simply said please contact brand service if brand denied the replacement plz submit DOA letter after then I visited brand service at my nearest location samsung service center Guptas square ongle ,after at 10 am  i visited the samsung service center they checked my mobile multiple times nd they said we are downloading software to run in the mobile till afternoon the were checking my mobile to understand problem nd after 2:30 they said we dont have an technical member so they didn't slove my issue even they didn't provide any solution and they said please visit Monday so that we can raise a compliant ,as I said above amazon asked me DOA letter I didn't receive any DOA letter and also a registered complaint from brand side , again contacted amazon they provided me the mail to inform the issue that can help you  if brand provide DOA we will refund/replacement the provide 
 
While visiting once to service center I want to clarify whether it is mobile problem or app I want to check in that case I visited nearest samsung mobile show room nd checked Sam A35 5g demo mobile in display in demo mobile also same issue is repeating while zoom in /out pdf open with Google drive I saw it in only Samsung A35 5g mobile only

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Already I rebooted the mobile twice nd and also I visited service center but they are saying it's a app issue but it's mobile issue I know nd I clarified it

Samsung admin only focuses on unsolved problems.

By the way, try to use other pdf app, I think some app may not support proper dpi while zooming using hardware acceleration.
