Getting problems while using DualMessenger

My first whastapp  works fine  , but my 2nd whastapp  doesn't work well , I couldn't able to download any whatsapp files , media whatever they send to me. Even  In my file manager whastapp  host file missing under   dual app  folder. 

I have done all the possible things but problem is not solved. 

1. I resets my device

2. Again newly Whatsapp created

3. All the permissions allowed.

Is your issue resolved yet?

I faced the same problem today. I contacted customer support via Whstapp and they remotely accessed my device and asked me to backup uninstall , reset settings and install again. Then i received another image..that was found in gallery and file manager but whatever was sent later is still not showing. I reached support again and they asked me to report via samsung members.

I reported the problem to Whatsapp. They told me to remove dual WhatsApp for the best experience.

But dual whastapp is necessary for day to day life...
