Getting problems while using DualMessenger

My first whastapp  works fine  , but my 2nd whastapp  doesn't work well , I couldn't able to download any whatsapp files , media whatever they send to me. Even  In my file manager whastapp  host file missing under   dual app  folder. 

I have done all the possible things but problem is not solved. 

1. I resets my device

2. Again newly Whatsapp created

3. All the permissions allowed.

Also not working with dual Facebook Messner...or try any app in dual app you will not able to save media.

Yes. Hope they as soon as possible come up with solutions.

I also face same issue , automatically  dual app data missing, please help it was important data.
