Getting problems while using DualMessenger

My first whastapp  works fine  , but my 2nd whastapp  doesn't work well , I couldn't able to download any whatsapp files , media whatever they send to me. Even  In my file manager whastapp  host file missing under   dual app  folder. 

I have done all the possible things but problem is not solved. 

1. I resets my device

2. Again newly Whatsapp created

3. All the permissions allowed.

Kindly go to your file manager and delete the file which you want to download and then download it again.

Is this problem happening for this particular file or for all of the files that you are trying to download.

No media folder availabe in dual messenger whatsapp folder

Cant access my dual whatsapp photos or any document from gallery and file manager

But I haven't updated my handset yet to Android 11 One UI 3. Android 10 currently the one I'm using. I'm facing the same issue. Dual WhatsApp folder missing
