Galaxy a8 plus 2018 caller ID hiya not detecting all unknown numbers.

Galaxy a8 plus 2018, hiya is built in the smartphone for spam protection and caller ID. However it does not detect all unknown numbers but a few numbers were identified in last few months. How can I make it work? It does help to get a caller ID while getting calls. 

Look at screenshot and find the "SMART" letters in identified caller ID followed by their name.

bro caller ID is fake . better not to use them even I dont trust upon the caller id and true caller . they all are fake ones

Truecaller is better than anything else. But I don't want to be seen in truecaller.. So I am getting to know about hiya.

I dont think so they eat battery more than in built one
