I recently purchased Galaxy A80 but it's antenna's network signal receiving capacity is extremely poor. Unable to perform telephonic conversation smoothly... call drop is always happening... data service is not getting fullfilled specially 4G. There is no issue with the operator's SIM, I have confirmed this already by using the same SIM to other devices. None of the SIM card either Vodafone, Airtel is working properly. It seems - this is  a major bug in Galaxy A80.

 

Issues:

1. Poor antenna's network signal capacity.

2. Phone speaker is very loudy like monophonic quality.

 

Please care to help me to remediate this issue from my new samsung A80. I have invested huge amount INR. 48k for purchasing the phone but this kind of basic issue is highly desirable.

in my note 10 plus too.. i thrown my product in service center...samsung is doing organized fraud....samsung fraud lmt hona chahiye naam....80000 rs i wsted nd phn 17 din se care pe hai....they use customer phone for private purpse its cnfrm
