Facing volume issue after a UI 5.1 update on galaxy A71 , whenever I play video or music on speakers (not headset) the volume goes down automatically. This happens in all apps like YouTube, music apps, and even browsers.

You need to off dolby atmos

Go to setting and search for reset you will find reset all setting then tap on it and your phone will be restart

Go to setting and search mono audio and turn off
