Galaxy A71 sound issue fixed

So the strange thing happend with me. As I got sound issue as in sound of the music decreases automatically after playing for a minute. And since more than 1 year I thought it was motherboard issue as samsung customer care told me it is motherboard issue and never looked at the issue properly. So few weeks ago I got screen replacement from local shop and told him about the same issue. He just cleaned the speaker with brush and it started working properly. You can't just completely trust the customer care.
