Camera section should be more improved. I compared my new A55 with my previous A52. Somehow, I practically felt, my 3y-o A52 is giving more pleasing images than A55. Better dynamic range, well textured shadow parts and so on. Colour in selfie isn't so accurate. It's kinda yellowish! Especially, dynamic range of A55 is not so good according to the price segment, plus nighttime texture is missing. I hope, Samsung will push a software update to improve these things in top midrange device A55. In my opinion, camera isn't optimized well like the previous gen A series. A52 has better details than A55 in shadow parts.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Sure, but this device needs a proper software update for camera optimization and display colour saturation. I hope, a brand like Samsung will provide better service considering all the consumers of A55.

A55 selfie camera is providing worst picture! Disappointed ☹️ need camera update for better Quality pictures. I hope Samsung expert team won't disappoint us.
Not the worst, but unnatural colour processing. Selfies are quite good, but the skin tone isn't realistic, or not even close to real. The colour of lips becomes darker which is quite impractical and most probably solvable through a fruitful software update dedicated to camera.
