Have been using the phone with case only for most of the time and that too from caseology which appears very well made. Dint expect such a poor stand of time for such expensive phone. My even 12k phones have fared much better for more that 6 years.
Anyone else started noticing gaps around plastic back?
Cost of buying poor build quality phone 😔. Along with money, it's all the hassle of service centre visit and overall loss of peace of mind and bad experience.
I am facing the same problem. For me, the back panel is completely separated from the device. I called customer care. They said that it is normal. To fix this need to go service center and they will do the necessary.
