Galaxy A51 new software update problems

This is galaxy a51 , i updated the software  today , and I'm facing following issues after update

1) No sound playing, No sound incoming or outgoing 

2) battery draining

3) lagging a lot 

 4) i can't play audios

 5) i can't recive and make calls answers through audio 

6) i can't play videos 

7) the phone speakers and microphone are not working 

And Internet network slow problem.

How to fix it🙏

I too have same problem.. i too raised same issue.. samsung need to roll out another software update to solve this issue

Once perform normal phone reset settings

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Or if problem still persists

Go for wipe cache partition

Normal phone reset settings me data nahi jayega..bas saare settings default settings me aa jayege..

Aur agar phone me jayeda hi problem hai to feedback drop karo samsung ko..

Aur agar lage to factory reset karo,agar kaafi time ho gaya hai to..else rehne dena..par backup lena mat bhulna
