Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue :-
1) Firstly Try different OTG with your device.
2) Check other pen drive.
3) Check USB connection,Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Members apps (Samsung members>Get Help>Interactive checks>Charger/USB).
