When I am connecting my Galaxy A8 Star with OTG cable, it becomes connected and disconnected repeatedly as I am seeing in the notification. But no charging issue. Is there any solution?

Goto Settings > Apps > (Show system apps by touching 3 dots on upper right corner) > USB Settings

clear that app data.

I am going to change the OTG to see the problem? Then I will understand that the problem is occurring by my phone or OTG?
