After October 2024 update, mobile data is showing inconsistent behaviour. When moving out from wifi zone, mobile data doesn't work (mobile data is ON, data roaming is ON). Turning airplane ON/OFF doesn't help. Network Reset doesn't help. Only after restarting device it works. This is very frustrating.

For me, looks like the November update resolved my issue. Otherwise you can turn on "Mobile Data always active" in Developer Options

You were right! November update did not fix the issue. Since during November update I was in my native place where I have only 2.4Ghz Wifi router so it was working and I got confused with the fix. Now I am back to my workplace where I have 5Ghz router and the same issue is persisting. This proves that the issue is only with 5Ghz routers and that's why not many people are reporting the issue here...Unfortunately I have Jio Airfiber Hybrid Router where I cannot select the 2.4Ghz Band manually...

Issue seems to have resolved after Android 15 update.
