Galaxy A34 Drops to 60 FPS in Call of Duty – Need 120 FPS Support

Hello Samsung Team,

My Samsung Galaxy A34 runs perfectly at 120Hz in normal use, but the moment I open Call of Duty Mobile, the game is locked at 60 FPS only.

I have tried everything possible:

120Hz enabled in display settings

Game Booster and Game Plugins settings checked

Cleared cache & reinstalled the game

Latest software and game updates installed

Reset performance settings

Nothing works. The phone clearly supports 120Hz, but Call of Duty is restricted to 60 FPS. Other devices with similar or even lower specs are getting 120 FPS in COD Mobile, so this is likely a Samsung optimization/compatibility issue.

Please provide a solution or confirm if an update will be released to enable full 120 FPS support for Call of Duty Mobile on the Galaxy A34. Many users are facing this and it affects the gaming experience.

I will share the log file, screenshots, and a video recording as requested. The issue occurs immediately when I open Call of Duty Mobile - the phone is running at 120Hz, but the game drops to 60 FPS every time.

Please investigate this carefully, as many Galaxy A34 users are facing the same problem, and we need proper 120 FPS support in Call of Duty Mobile.
