I was just randomly watching a vide on my phone (A73) and suddenly this hideous neon green line appeared on my phone. I never dropped my phone or it never fell into water. It's clearly a production issue from Samsung as I've read about other complains. And I found out they charges a ridiculous amount of money to fix the problem (replace the display) even though it's their problem. SAMSUNG PLEASE UPDATE YOUR POLICY ON THIS

Samsung wont update the policy for mid range users. A lot of mid range phones face this issue yet only flagships have a policy.

Samsung has policy which includes only high end phones priced over 50k.

Even tho mid range phones are facing this issue since past 4 months, samsung has not done anything in favour to their customers.

My phone actually costed like 63k when I bought it last year. Which currency are you talking about ?

INR. And i meant S series phones as flagships A series or M series womt get replacements as of now unless paid for display.

They are charging like a ridiculous amount for it tho. And Samsung Bangladesh isn't even offering it to flagship users. My friend with her S series phone faced the same issue and they asked for like 40k bdt from her to fix the issue
