First put it into recovery mode 1. Switch off phone 2. Connect it via USB with PC till it showing charging % 3. Press volume up + power button to go into recovery mode 4. In Recovery Mode... navigate via volume up & down key to select option "wipe data factory " and select it by pressing power button 5. Now Select Wipe Dalvik Cache 6. Now Reboot System by Pressing Reboot Now
