Greetings,

Yesterday (24/11/2020) I bought a SAMSUNG A31 from a smartphone cafe. I installed 'accubattery' on it and found out that the phone battery has 96% health. However, as it's a brand new phone it should have 100% health. So I wanted to know is there any way to know exactly when my phone was booted on for the first time to determine if have bought a really brand new phone.

Regards.

bro ,no new phone will have full charge,it may even be fully drained that is 0% . charge of ur phone is not a factor which decides if it is booted before

Bro, you misunderstood me. I didn't say 96% charge. I said 96% battery health. Apart from that I wanted to know if there's any way to know when a Samsung phone was first booted on.

Well, that's not the point. Do you know how do I find the actual date of first boot of a Samsung phone?

The actual boot is done in the company to verify that all hardware components are working properly, a factory reset is done, the device is powered off, put in a box, sealed and then sold. And that is infact the point. Third party apps mostly do not reflect the proper information.

U can check your mobile warranty in Samsung members app just go to "get help" section then "devices care" write your imei number there and it will show you how many days warranty is left. Samsung warranty starts from the first boot.

I don't see any 'Devices Care' under 'Get Help'.
