Fingerprint showing 16%

My Samsung a14 is showing 16% when I try to register new fingerprint

Hi, it indicates the progress of the fingerprint scan. If it stops at 16% and doesn't progress further, there could be several reasons for this issue... Clean the fingerprint sensor, make sure your fingers are clean & dry, delete & re-register fingerprints, try a different finger , restart your phone or updating your phone..phone settings > Software Update

Keep dat finga clean bro, you know I'm saying 😄 and move it sideways and up and down as indicated in the picture.
