U need to go service center ,they will do it in 10 minutes .mine also happened same problem ...

Hey just remove all your fingerprints and clear the cache by getting into android recovery.Then add your fingerprints.If found helpful accept as solution

They didn't charged me anything, because ma phone was in warranty....u ask them
