Dear Customer service

I have used samsung a30s model but unfortunately my mobile finger sensor is not working , when i cick fingerprint sensor  button that time "Fingerprint sensor calibration needed " msg was shown please  give me a solution as soon as possible.

I encountered same problem last week on A30s as i replaced the display at the Samsung service center. You need to fully reset the phone after that it will work fine.
CAUTION- All your memory including photos and everything will be erased.
I did the same and the problem was solved, i took all the backup before resetting. Hope it helps you.
