Galaxy Aas for now use a workaround to rename the file and remove that .docx.pdf and save the file. I guess this issue is due to some issue with the app that downloads the file. Which app giving this issue.

Galaxy AFor opening pdf file download any pdf viewer.
Or in general use Microsoft Office app, it can open all kinds of documents.
