File extensions change automatically

Whenever I download files there comes some invalid extensions written as .docx.pdf. two extensions come and the file cannot open. Why? On galaxy a30s.

as for now use a workaround to rename the file and remove that  .docx.pdf and save the file. I guess this issue is due to some issue with the app that downloads the file. Which app giving this issue.

Bro if she downloads files, it will be in pdf, Word or ppt format only no.
Maybe she doesn't have a app to open those files.

.docx is a word file, you need Microsoft Word for opening it.
For opening pdf file download any pdf viewer.
Or in general use Microsoft Office app, it can open all kinds of documents.
