I have a Samsung Galaxy A20s which works well but when I enable fast charging mode I overheats So I always use cable charging mode. I there any tips for resolving this problem?

Fast charging normally heatsup the device even in 15w fast charging.. my a52s 5g also heats little bit when on fast charging.. I think its normal..

I know heating is bad I suggest that close all background apps mobile data location others works on phone 📱

Try to use fast charging in Safe mode.
As well as try to remove cover and keep your phone is a well ventilated area while fast charging. Placing your phone screen down helps too according to some users.

Try to factory reset . all apps to open newly then charging
